Seasonal Winter Tulips
From the end of December through early June, I succession plant and harvest thousands of hydroponically grown (and some field planted) tulips and daffodils.
Although this process of forcing tulips and hydroponic techniques allows me to control many variables, mother nature may sometimes have other plans. Flower growing is a great practice in letting go of control and I appreciate the understanding that things may not always be “on time” or fit a planned schedule.
That being said - I’m so excited to launch my first winter tulip CSA subscription starting in January 2025*!
Four months of fresh tulips!
*The 2025 CSA is sold out, but there will be many chances to get your hands on fresh local flowers throughout the winter at the Kicker Room Blooms shop.
Local Blooms Year-Round
In addition to winter tulips, Kicker Room Blooms locally grows: amaryllis, daffodils, hyacinth, alliums, ranunculus, gladiolus, crocuses, garlic, and is ever expanding.
